The Heart of Ohio Chorus was formed in 1995 as a chapter of Sweet Adelines International. The Heart of Ohio Chorus promotes harmony, friendship, self-esteem and sense of belonging among women of all ages, races, ethnic backgrounds and levels of performance readiness. Reading music is not required. The musical education available to members of Sweet Adelines International would be difficult to duplicate. Not only do members learn vocal production and music, they also learn choreography, stage production, costuming, makeup and much more

Our members come from Summit, Portage and Medina counties. We perform at public, private and charity functions hold a semi-annual show, compete in the Spring with other Region 17 choruses and attend educational weekends.
