Local singers prepare for Cleveland Indians game
MUNROE FALLS — Preparing for its
upcoming performance at the Sept. 27 Cleveland Indians
game, the Heart of Ohio Show Chorus has been rehearsing
their four-part arrangement of the “Star Spangled
Banner” under the direction of David Wallace.
Chiming in with the chorus
recently were several area women who attended the group’s guest night. Shown at
right, from left, are guest Beth Koneval, of Stow; guest
Laura Lewis, of North Canton; chorus member Phyllis Ray,
of Akron; and guest Joan Schneider, of Hudson.
The Heart of Ohio Show Chorus
is a local Sweet Adelines chapter of women of all ages
who enjoy a cappella and barbershop singing.
